Hey there folks!

So, I'm finally getting around to creating a blogger account for my stories. Yes, I'm a twilight addicted thirty something who is now morbidly addicted to writing and reading fanfiction. In the past year I have literally read hundreds of fanfics and have written several of my own. My fanfiction total word count has surpassed the million word mark. A MILLION Freaking Words written in just over a year! I still can't believe it.

The fascination began when I read the series and then reread the series all within the course of a week with my two month old daughter nursing away in one arm, while I balanced the book in the other so I didn't have to stop reading. Yes, was practically an illness.

When I finished the story, I was actually sad. I felt like I had lost a whole group of friends I wouldn't see anymore. My mind didn't stop working then either. I kept thinking up these scenarios of what if this or what if that. Finally with the encouragement of a fellow Twimom, I posted the first chapter of my idea on fanfiction.

Looking back now, I can see how EXTREMELY rough pretty much the whole story was, but especially the first ten chapters or so. I blame mommy brain and sleep deprivation *pointing to the memory of the tiny infant who nursed so often she might as well have been surgically attached to my chest*. Even in spite of the extremely rough nature of my grammar and development early on, and it's T rating, I ended up getting a small but devoted band of reviewers.

I cranked out IN the Shadow of the Day, about Angelina, Bella's half sister by Renee and Phil, who the Cullens took in after they died in a plane crash. The story takes place at the beginning of her Jr. Year of High school as she tries to talk her family into letting her go to school alone that year in an attempt to have a normal life. The Cullens are extremely overprotective of their human charge who they each sort of think of as their own child in a way, but their presence ended up isolating Lina over the years just as they had been. The story is sort of a coming of age story for Lina, with the added complications of being part of a vampire family. She also finds love in an unexpected place when one of our wolf friends end up imprinting on her.

It became so long, I broke it into two parts and made the sequel Chasing Away the Shadows. It focuses on the development of Lina's relationship with her wolf and her family, learning to grow up and move on and yet always clinging to the ones you love that you left behind. Danger comes when the Volturi come to wipe out the Cullens and the Quileutes once and for all. What they don't realize is that just as Bella was special as a human, so is Lina. Their cockiness is their undoing as Lina takes them all by surprise and saves her family.

While writing Chasing Shadows, I had a bit of writer's block that resulted in Faded Memories. An alternate universe Jasper fic. In Eclipse the newborns decimate the family leaving only Jasper behind. He destroys all evidence of their life in Forks before making his way to Volterra to ask the Volturi to end his life. Just before he reaches the doors of the Volturi tower, a beautiful stranger who appears to know him from his human life is waiting for him. She has a letter from Alice, asking her to come and help him. When Jasper touches the beautiful girl, he gets a dim flash of a memory from his human life that he never experienced before. The mystery is too great to ignore, so he follows her to honor Alice's last wishes, figuring once the mystery is over, he could always return to finish his mission. Soon Jasper finds that he left a lot more behind in Texas than he ever realized.

I have a few one shots. The Red will never be continued, but other two were written for contests and might be continued later.

The Wallflower and the Flyboy is a WWII story about Edward and Bella meeting at a USO dance. I continued it into a chapter story in late January of 2010.

The Point of No Return focuses around the very first performance of Phantom of the Opera in New York. Edward is the Phantom and Bella is called in as a replacement for the actress originally cast as Christine. The draw between them is impossible to resist. Can they stay professional on and off stage?

Femme Docs and Kevlar Knights has been my baby since March and is nearly finished now. Bella is a first year medical intern, Emmett is her big brother who raised her from the time she was sixteen and her parents died on. He and his friends are SWAT and are all sort of like big brothers to her too...well almost all. When a day in the ER turns dangerous, her boys have to rush to save her from a gun wielding lunatic. This story grew way bigger than I ever expected and is now approaching 4,000 reviews on fanfiction in 50 chapters, and 1,200 on Twilighted within the first 30 chapters. I"m going to be so sad to see it over, but feel so honored that I wrote something to inspire such excitement in my readers! They've even made lots of great banners. The animated banners are my babies, but the rest are my great readers! (showcased in the slideshow at the bottom of the page)

I am posting all the other banners created by readers in a slideshow at the bottom of the page

My most recently completed story is Behind the Images. The original author was one that I have often read her work. xx.Nikteche When she posted a note saying she needed to pass her stories on to other authors I offered to take over and have fallen in love with the story. It begins with an auction where Alice enters a painting she did of Bella. A famous photographer buys it and begins trying to make contact with Bella to get to know her better. Eventually we learn that the auction was not the first time Edward saw Bella, her face has been haunting him for years. A slow building friendship turns into much more when they discover that they are an inspiration to each other in ways they never dreamed.

And then finally there is my newest 17th Century based fiction inspired by the show The Tudors. Princess Isabella of Spain faces a arranged marriage to the promiscuous English Prince Edward. In fighting their fate, are the Prince and Princess pushing away their destiny? NC17 rated.
Anyway, these are my stories. Hope you have either read some or just happened across this and decide to read some. I've really enjoyed writing them. Due to the recent revelation about the ratings limitations on fanfiction.net, most of my stories have recently moved to twcslibrary.com. Links to my profiles on all sites my stories are posted are available on the left hand side of this page.
